Coverage, endpoint by endpoint

Every country has its own endpoint and its own rules. Signing up on one sets your currency and compliance defaults, and you can still send anywhere.

The column that decides whether a message arrives is the sender rule. It is set per country, not per carrier, and it is the most common reason traffic that works in Europe disappears here. What each rule requires.

Why Ethiopia is different

Proclamation 1321/2024 requires personal data about Ethiopians to stay in Ethiopia. Rather than promise that and route around it, Woyra runs a separate Ethiopian data plane: an Ethiopian account's personal data is held there, and a cross-region read is refused outright with a 451.
